My order did arrive fine in the end, so I can’t complain about the actual delivery too much. But the tracking was frustrating. They made it seem like I’d get clear, regular updates, and that definitely wasn’t the case for a few days. I kept bouncing between my email and the website trying to figure out where the package was. Not the worst experience, but the communication didn’t really live up to what they promised.

I ordered from namesakehome, the whole shipping process put me in a bad mood. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, which just made it more annoying. I’d probably avoid ordering from them again if I needed something anytime soon.

I found a few pieces I liked on namesakehome.com, but the inventory situation was disappointing. One item showed as available and even let me place the order, then I was told later it wasn’t actually in stock. I had to choose something else, which slowed the whole process down. The site itself looks nice, but in my opinion, accurate stock info is basic and they need to do better there.

It looks fine overall, but the drawers are a pain. They stick and don’t slide smoothly, so I end up having to yank on them more than I should. For the price, I just expected the basic drawer function to be... better. Disappointing.

I felt mentally drained trying to assemble this. The instructions were confusing and didn’t seem to make much sense, so after struggling with it for a while, I just gave up

I bought this from Namesake Home thinking it would be perfect for extra baby storage, but I’m disappointed. It looks really nice in the room, but the drawers are way smaller than they seemed in the photos, and I was surprised by how little actually fits.

Once I put in some diapers, blankets, and a few baby clothes, it was basically already full. For the price, I really expected more practical storage. I kind of regret not reading more reviews first, because if you need something that actually holds a lot, I’d probably look at other options.

Ordered some bedding from namesakehome.com and the sizing wasn’t quite what I expected. Oof. It still works, so I’m keeping it, but it doesn’t fit as nicely as I hoped. Annoying. Especially for the price

I really wanted to like this, but the wobbly parts made me uneasy right away. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but with my kid around, I just couldn’t stop worrying that it didn’t feel sturdy or safe enough.
